FREE Photoshop Brushes and Shapes at Obsidian Dawn
Don't know if this has been mentioned here lately - but there is a great site that has free Photoshop Brushes and Shapes etc for you to download.
There are also png files with the downloads in case you don't have Photoshop. Obsidian Dawn She just recently added several sets of shapes and brushes.

I love brushes and have been amazed at Obsidian Dawn's work. They are such fun to play with. I will have to go check out the new shapes -- those are still new to me (i just figured out how to fill a custom shape in PS)
