Our Scrapper of the Week is Andrea aka bombalurina59.

Andrea is a Supreme Team member and a moderator for GDS. I know you will enjoy taking a look at her gallery here.

Oh wooowww! I feel really proud and honoured to be chosen as the GDS "Scrapper of the Week"!

So here I'm going to tell you a little bit about myself:

1). How and when did you get into digi-scrapping?

As long as I can remember I've been involved in one crafting project or another. When our son was little we used to make Christmas and Easter decorations together, I knitted, did crochet and needlework and was always on the lookout for new crafting techniques. In 2005 I became very ill and as a consequence of that illness I lost my left arm which meant I couldn't do a lot of the things any longer I previously had enjoyed so much. However, I still wanted to be creative in some way and was desperately looking for something I could do with one hand. One day in 2009 a dear friend introduced me to digital scrapbooking and I was instantly hooked.

2). Where are you from and tell us a little about yourself; where you're from and perhaps about your family?

I'm from Germany and live with my DH of 18 years, our grown-up son, our Landseer dog Tabea and two slightly crazy cats in a very small village in Bavaria. I used to work as an insurance underwriter but have been a SAHM since my illness in 2005.

3). If you could travel to any place in the world where would you go, with whom and why?

Oh, that would definitely have to be Japan! Our son went there with a student exchange programme in 2008 and I was absolutely fascinated by his photos and the stories he told us on his return. I would love to take my family with me - my DH because he's never been to Japan either and mo son because he would love to go again.

4). What will you purchase with your winning coupon?

Hm, that's not easy to say because there are so many wonderful goodies to choose from, but I've recently discovered all the fantastic things you can do with texture overlays, so I guess I'll go hunting for some really nice ones.

5). What's your very favorite food?

Is chocolate a food? :) I'd say, pasta in every shape and variety! :)

6). How much time do you digi-scrap per week?

Actually quite a lot. When my two men have gont to work, I ususally spend about an hour digiscrapping in the morning and another 3 to 4 hours in the evening - that's about 5 to six hours a day and about 30 to 40 hours a week.

7). What program do you use?

I use PSE10 and I'm perfectly happy with it.

8). What would you rather have, more time or more money?

I'd have to be greedy and say a little more of both. :)

9). What do you love most about digi-scrapping?

I can do it with one hand! :) Also, I can do it and still be with my family. It's just so "no fuss, no mess" - when I'm done I just turn off my computer.

10). What layout are you most proud of creating and why (share a link, please)?
I really quite like this page I've created for round 4 of the XIII Supreme Team Contest. I like the composition and the way the cluster has turned out.
