I use McAfee-only because it is free with our Internet service! My preference is Norton, but it is not free. My sister uses AVG and loves it.

I've been using AVG free for 2 years, and I love it, especially the free part. ;)

I've been using avast! for about 6 months now. Free, and I've had no problems.
I previously had Norton--didn't like it (and it was NOT free!)

I also have been using Avast, I love it! It does not seem to slow down my computer, I had norton and it seemed to really slow down my computer.

We have Norton 360 and it is not free. We don't like it but it comes with the computer at a discounted rate. They aren't the best but if something does go wrong .. once in 5 years, they have great customer service :)! Have to look into AVG though.
