help needed new to site
Hi
I just registered with this site this morning I found some emails from this site in my junk mail- tried to re instate them to inbox and they disappeared- so could the kit for registering have been in that and if so how do i ask for it to be sent again sprry to be a nuisance but couldnt see a site contact us section Cee

I am not sure how the Welcome Kit is sent. I think it gets sent to your email that you registered with, but I could be wrong.
I will forward your message to the store team to try to get you some help. If you are looking for the "contact us" in the future, you can find the button by scrolling all the way to the bottom of the page. You will see a few options at the bottom and one is "contact us" and another says "top" to bring you back to the top of the page. Hope this helps

Hi, Claire! And, welcome to GDS.
To make sure sure that your emails from GDS don't go in your spam box, put the GDS address in to your addresses/contacts. That should stop it!
