New downloads & in PSE9
Help! I just downloaded some of the Verena design elements, unzipped them and put them in the organizer. When I try to use them in a spread, no matter what tool I select, the hand tool shows up instead. Tried to reset all tools, didn't work. Any suggestions? Thanks.

New Downloads don't work in PSE9
By the time I posted and went back to it, it worked again. Just didn't give it enough time to come into the organizer, I guess.

I have quirky things happen sometimes too. I will often either quit and re-launch the program or just do a restart on my computer and everything is fine. Technology isn't perfect even though we expect it to be!
