Blank Templates
Help.....I have some templates that when I open them, the page looks blank. All the layers are turned on & I can see the boundaries for each item but everything is white. When I try to add a paper/element to that file, it also comes in blank. I have successfully opened other templates(by the same & different designers) & they open fine. Anyone know what's going on??

Michelle, is there a top layer in the template that is blocking the others? Try turning off the visibility of various layers to check that. Also check the blending mode for the layers.

Thank you Dona! There was indeed a blank layer on top of all the others! Don't know how I could've missed that but it looks good now. Thanks again!
