These are VERY useful tips and I agree. Although the 1 download link would be not as great for everything like the lady suggested. My net has been slow for the past few weeks and I can hardly dl anything anymore :(.. Maybe you could have 1 full and then another separate and people can choose.

Their is one designer not on this site but she adds I am not joking almost a dozen photos of herself all high resolution so I think I spend an hour just on her pictures of herself. I HATE that omg, lol.

I see why people add the blinkies, I would as well and I do in my designs.

I would LOVE to see a kit or templates for 4x6 (brag book size) recipe cards.

You know all those cooking magazines in the checkout isle of the grocery store that sell cards you can tear out and collect in a card file. Well, I'd love to have some templates of 4x6 inch layouts I could type my favorite recipes into and print on 4x6 photo paper.

Check out Andrea Gold's store in GDS. I purchased some just like that from her awhile back when there used to be a great recipe challenge. Check out the link below.

Here is one example of it.

Thanks! I'll be getting those next time I have money in my checking account. I love the way Andrea organizes the folders in the downloads.

Hi,

I was tryin to read and understand as much of that what was said
before but have not found an answer to the question I have a long
time.

Why do the downloads come in sizes of 3600x 3600 (mostly the papers)
or sometimes even more though most people do 12x12 layouts ????
Donīt get me wrong I am really thankful for all the pretty stuff you offer
but it makes my computer crash down rather often so Iīd appreciate it
when there is two links to choose from.

maybe this will help
12x12 is inches
3600 x3600 is pixel
and they are the same, just different units of measure

Thank you so much.
I actually knew that 12x12 is inches but not that it
is the same than 3600x3600.

I have learned the hard way to rename any kit previews that come with only the name, "folder." I had a hard drive crash, and it was nearly impossible to recover my previews, as my new hard drive kept thinking, "Hey, I've already got a file named, "Folder." It took a looooong time to get all sorted out. So, as a designer, something I ALWAYS do is give my previews a distinctive name and NEVER name anything "folder"!
