ReColor an Overlay PSE
I have started using overlays a little here and there. I have found some cute polka dot and striped overlays that say they can be recolored (each dot or stripe) but how do you do that? Say I want one stripe of the overlay red and another blue and another yellow, etc. Any advise/instruction would be appreciated.
