help needed new to site

Hi
I just registered with this site this morning
I found some emails from this site in my junk mail- tried to re instate them to inbox and they disappeared- so could the kit for registering have been in that and if so how do i ask for it to be sent again
sprry to be a nuisance but couldnt see a site contact us section
