I dont use Bridge, so I am not sure how that works
When I have a file to unzip, I right click it, and I get a set of options in a pop up window. I choose "unzip" and then everything gets extracted.

maybe someone who uses Bridge more can help out
I would love to know how to use Bridge to unzip files as well

I can just unzip right in Bridge by double-clicking on the zip file. If you can't do that, then try right-clicking on a zip file in the Bridge window, and choose the application to associate that type of file with. Bridge stores a list of file type associations that you can see in the Preferences, but I'm not sure that's relevant as I don't think you can edit the list. You should be able to open anything in Bridge in this manner that you can usually open from your Windows Explorer or Start menu by double-clicking there. Try it and let me know if it works.
