Yup, that is what you do
Use the items in the kit to make the brag brook sized pages

I've made my brag book pages. But can't seem to get the pictures replaced. I've tryed the tutorial, but it doesn't work for me. Still learning.
Is there another way?

Nancy, what you have to do is cut out the picture you have from the layers below it to make a transparent shape where the picture is. If you're in PS or PSE, control-click on the icon for your picture layer--that selects the whole picture. Then select the layer name for each layer below the picture, such as the background(s) and any elements BEHIND the picture. Hit the delete key and that removes the part behind the photo. Lastly, delete the photo layer, and you should be left with a transparent box where the photo was. All elements on top of the photo (frame, cluster elements) should still be in place. Do a "Save As" for the layout, making it a PNG file (this flattens the layout and leaves the transparent box) with the naming rules Dani has given in the instructions.
