You first have to pick a Forum Category from the Forum home or New Threads & Posts page (go to bottom right of page and you get the drop-down menu. Choose one of the categories, and on the page that comes up "New Thread" will appear in place of "Post a Reply."

Ahhh, now I got it. Thanks so much Liz & Dona. I searched forever it seemed earlier to start a new thread, and then after I found it, couldn't figure out where I found it at. (No, it is not blonde hair, it is totally gray, rofl)
