Oh Shirl, sorry to hear you are having an issue. At the end of the order process you should have received a dowload button. If not, go back to the store and log in, then there will be a menu at in the top part called "My Account" which is http://godigitalscrapbooking.com/sho...n_page=account. You'll see your orders and then click the "View" button to get to the download.
