    Homes Sweet Homes

These pics are my house, the backyard birdhouse, and the front yard beehive. Homes Sweet Homes for all!

I almost never use black/gray/white, so this was a departure for me until I went crazy and added all the bright colors. I also found a great new font (I'm a font hog) called Barkentina. I love how it looks. The URL is in the credits in the gallery.

    First day of Pre-K

Color I don't normally use is the Green
New font I used is School Bell
There was no paint splat in the Colab kit, but there was paint on the bucket. Creative interpretation!

Mary Ann - Those photos of the squirrels are stunning! Really gorgeous!

Cathy - Love your paint splat! haha:)

    Great layouts!

    Thanks for the challenge Dodie!

    Here is my LO

I used 4 photos of our walk trough the part of the forest where 'wild horses' live.
A sign says: stay away from the horses, but... sometimes that is not possible!
The scrapkit "Essence of Summer" - Created by Jill, most of the time I don't use so much green and reds.
In all my stash there was no chevron-paper, so I created one with the chevron border in this scrapkit.
The new font is: A Charming Font you can find here: http://www.1001freefonts.com/

I love that you made your own chevron paper! I would be scared with so many horses! Great layout!

    Digidish Sept13 - Beaver Lake

Here's my Digidish page, Beaver Lake

I used a chevron paper to back the lace frame; new font - Always Forever; and used a color scheme I would not typically use. I prefer fall colors, blues and purples so this is a real departure from my normal layouts. But it was fun and turned out to be quite colorful!
