reset link policy
Can someone tell me what the policy is here to reset links? I used the contact form on the shoppe page last week when I had an external hard drive & disk failure. I wanted to see if it was possible to resest links from an Andrea Gold purchase that I made in July 09.
I was wondering if I could get a link reset but I haven't heard back from anyone.
