OK, I got another one!!! I've done something and I can't seem to undo it!! When I open my folders they are reverse alpha and I can't seem to make it stay in alpha order. Every folder and it's contents goes back to reverse alpha when I close and re-open. This is driving me nuts!!! I've looked in the folder options in the control panel and can't figure it out!!!
In Windows 7 when you right click in the folder you choose SORT BY and then a couple options below that there are ASCENDING and DESCENDING options.
I think I remembered in XP you'd click on Arrange By then choose File name and it would sort it one way. Then if you immediately choose those options again it would sort it in the opposite order (Bridge does it this way).
Thanks Katie, mine does it that way but every time I open a folder now I have to do that when before it was automatically alpha order.
