Hello ladies, I had several people ask where or how I did the effect on this photo:
Well..it is an action set that I love and it is FREE! I used the vintage action and adjusted it in the layers pallet of CS2 to get the effect. I thought that I would share and I hope that others will enjoy the free actions...can't wait to see what you all come up with!
