My texture packs are located in C:/program files (x86)/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS5/Plugins/Filters/Mr. Retro/Machine Wash Deluxe
It should be the same for CS5.1. When I installed them, it prompted me to install them in C:/program files (x86)/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CS4/Plugins/Filters/Mr. Retro/Machine Wash Deluxe and so I just changed the CS4 to CS5 and continued the install process without changing anything else for each of the 4 image packs. So, here are where my install files went:
MWDInstaller.exe installed to /Filters/Mr. Retro
Image pack 1 installed to /Filters/Mr. Retro/Machine Wash Deluxe
Image pack 2 installed to /Filters/Mr. Retro/Machine Wash Deluxe
Image pack 3 installed to /Filters/Mr. Retro/Machine Wash Deluxe
Image pack 4 installed to /Filters/Mr. Retro/Machine Wash Deluxe
