I can tell you from experience that hockey stuff is hard to find--very hard. I have found 2 page kits on the web, but honestly it's not great stuff. I've used white papers and used red and blue to mimic the lines. I've then roughed it up a little to look more like the ice.
I've used team colors and typed hockey words over and over then used different blending modes to make the words part of the background paper. I have a decent selection of paper scrapping hockey stuff and have thought about scanning them and using them on my digital pages.
Hope these ideas help until someone designs some cool stuff for us hockey scrappers. LOL!
