Hey Cathy
In the forums you will see two bars going across the page, one is orange and one is teal/blue
Right above those two bars is a little icon that looks like:
(it is also at the very bottom -- same place where "post reply" is
I should add too that the "new thread" button appears when you go into a forum
As soon as you open a thread in the forum, that icon changes to
(maybe that is why you are having trouble finding it -- it is hiding on you!)
