Hi,
I don't think it's an issue with Vista - is it? Rather it's just that PSE doesn't view the psd templates.
If you're interested in a program that will - ACDSee Photo Manager is an organizing program that you can see the the templates in (as well as white png's, & fonts! ).
There is a link at the bottom of this site's page to download a 30 day trial & we have tutorials for getting started with it. Then you can categorize & search for your templates!
