Free Actions, Brushes, Shapes, Patterns, Styles
Here is another site that has free downloads of actions, styles, patterns, gradients, brushes, shapes, etc.
There are some fantastic photography actions in the action section for correcting underexposed photos, adding photo filters, etc - some neat stuff to play with. Some neat text effects and framing actions too. Lots of free things on this site.
