If you are using PSE, there are several arrow shapes in the custom shape tool picker.

As Barbara said, if using PSE - look in your shapes. There are arrows there, which you could with any papers you are using.

In the Shoppe, if you type in Arrows in the Search, I found about 7 different kits with arrows in them that might work well. You could always Clip papers to them.

The photos are awesome.....would love to see your completed layout!

You might find what you want my doing a Google search for free arrow fonts. You'll find a lot of different ideas. Can't wait to see your finished LO. Those really are fab photos.

The font wingdings3 has several arrows. It is on my computer. I think it may have come with Word or with the windows operating system. You could use that if you have it on your computer and then just color it red. The capital Z and small case a, b, c, d, e on this font has the arrows that may work for your layout.

Am i rght in thinking you want to put the words RED ARROWS on here(the name of the aerial display) are you looking for a capital font,I would be tempted to put a vertical line down the right hand side bottom quarter, leaving the left hand side
white blank for effect or with a small block of journaling or information of what where when in the middle of the white or offset to the left

Have you tried Imprint MT Shadow, done in red or blue??
Will be looking forward to seeing the finished article

Oh, boy, that completely escaped my notice on first read of her question! There are lots of patriotic fonts available at the sites I mentioned, that would be good for that sort of titling.
