Help with text
 

Is there a way to open a word doc. in PS8. Every time I try to do it an error box comes up saying it is wrong kind of file. I looked through the different threads but didn't see anything about it. Any help would be awesome! Thanks!

Open a Word doc, no, I don't think so ...but you can paste text from Word into Photoshop, I assume Elements is the same.

You're correct, Lisa ... PSE works the same.

Chris ... all you have to do is select and COPY the text from the Word document. Then, in PSE, select your text tool, and hit CTRL-V or EDIT=>PASTE.
