What's your all time favorite font? You know, the one you kinda find yourself choosing all the time?*biggrin

And anyone have favorite freebie font sites they want to share a link to?

dafont.com is one of my favorite.. and I love the "trashed" font!

Bradley Hand for journaling, Brock Script for fancy stuff. Both are very readable at small and large sizes. And CK Opa's hand if I'm looking for a more "heritage" look.

I do experiment with others fairly often, just depends on what I'm trying to accomplish.

I am a complete fontaholic and have thousands (literally!!) of fonts. And, I seem to go through stages of which ones I use - I used to use curlz mt all the time cos it was one of my girls' faves, now I vary a lot! I like Bradley hand, university roman and comic sans, too!! Maybe I should just say that I don't have a favourite!!

Scriptina is one of my favorites too. I'm also a fontaholic and I don't want to be cured either, lol. I love most of the 2 Peas fonts and just recently found a new favorite, but I haven't bought it yet - Swan Song (http://www.myfonts.com/fonts/canadatype/swan-song/) by Canada Type. I couldn't pick just one, lol.

My favourite fonts are catsup, kirsten itc, batik regular, and first grade. These are all fonts that came with my Creating Keepsakes program that I use to do my layouts. I'm not sure if you can get them any where else.

I would love to buy the fonts at scrapnfont.com but I need money and I don't always have it...lol

I don't know about previewing fonts in PS7 as I am a PSP user. BUT, I use The Font Thing to organise my fonts - its a free programme and I even wrote a tutorial a while back at anorther site on how to use it to organise your fonts.

I am just about to walk out of the door, but will get the link to the download site later, and will also upload the tut and share the link to that if anyone is interested :)

I've been using ck journaling, angelina, amaze, adorable, and easy street a lot. For some reason I find them easier for me to read! LOL

Right now I love using the grungy and dirty typewriter fonts.
Also grungy block letters. There are so many!
I'm a font-a-holic, too!

Ok, sorry this has taken me longer to get back to than I had hoped, but it is all uploaded now!

The Font Thing can be downloaded here (http://www.download.com/The-Font-Thing/3000-2316_4-1519711.html)

And the tutorial can be downloaded here (http://www.4shared.com/file/17697750/6651e770/jbrown-UsingTheFontThing.html)

Hope it helps :)

There are other font organising programmes, but I prefer this one - plus, it's free! lol!!

I admit it. I'm a font junkie. I have over 3,000. Not installed (!), though, or my computer would be in a bog. Fontlove would be unbearable without The Font Thing. One of life's fabulous freebies! You can get more info and the download here: http://www.download.com/The-Font-Thing/3000-2316_4-1519711.html

The funny thing is, I use only a handful for scrapping. Bradley Hand is a fav - especially since one of my DS name is Bradley. I also like Andy, Scriptina, Retrofit Light, and Chinacat. I'm still looking for one that looks chalky or sort of grungy. Any suggestions?

I've tried registering twice at TwoPeas because they have some interesting fonts and other things, but I still can't login. Yep, I cleared the browser cache, eliminated the cookies; all of it. I wrote them twice, but got no help - not even an answer.

I, too, am another Scriptina lover. But come to think of it I haven't used it in a while. It doesn't get a lot of play in boyish pages, I guess. My current fave is Lizzie Longstocking for journaling. I also have been using Grease Monkey a lot, too.

Can I see your batik regular? The name sounds so familiar, as I know batik is a special print for cloth in Indonesia

Thanks everyone for the great links...now how do I find more hours in a day to check them out? I'm also a Scriptina lover. The one I like the best for a fancy title is Beautiful ES and Beautiful Caps ES Swash Capitols.
