I'm here too!! So just curious-how many stores are the designers from this store allowed to sell in?

Some designers are exclusive to GDS and others are not :)

elenasworld
04-17-2009, 05:58 PM
some designers are exclusive to GDS and dont sell anywhere else.
other designers who are not exclusive can sell at other shops too.
I would think the number of shops would really depend on each person.
GDS is the main place I hang out, so I often dont realize when the designers sell somewhere else.
I know a few designer's blogs and follow them too.
that is sort of fun, 'cause you can get to know a bit more about a person sometimes.

Is the sunshine LO piece somewhere for us to grab to use tonight or is that our sweet reward for later? Cause it's adorable ;)

It's in the very first post of this thread...there's a link to download it :)

just go to the original post in the thread and click "gift to you" and it will bring you to the link for the sunshine

Hi very new to this, done plenty of scrapping before but never done a chat in a forum or a speed scrap. I get from the name it is fast but how fast? what is the time frame for completion?

Hi!
For the first hour, every 10 minutes you will get a prompt on what to do.
then you have the next hour to complete your page
So, it is about two hours total
Hope you give it a try

I have been getting TV series from Netflix. I love it -- I dont have to go to Blockbuster and hope stuff is there. I missed the whole last season of Supernatural and was hoping to catch the re-runs, then the show got cancelled. But Netflix keeps raising its rates.

Hubby and I have decided that this is the best way to watch tv! Since i work part-time nights, I always miss shows and have to tape them, which can be annoying. Now, we watch on DVDs. Love it!

Step 6: add stitching or staples or buttons
Step 7: at least one sentence of journaling or quote and a date

See I told you I'd go easy on ya tonight! Can't wait to see what you create! You have until 11:00pm to upload to the Speed Scrap Challenge Gallery (http://www.godigitalscrapbooking.com/photopost/showgallery.php?cat=927).

Good luck!

You were easy on us. My LO is done, but now my scrapbooking computer is being slow.

I jsut added a note that the awesome Korea photos are from my friend that for retirement is now teaching English in Korea she has taught in Egypt, Russia, Korea and Italy she is my proof that I don't have to die in a cubical :-)

Ok well it nice to see pictures of the world. I have to say it really is an experince living on the other side of the world. I must try to make it to see some of these festivals. I ran into one in Bali at a Hindu temple and it was so much fun. The costumes and dances were amazing. I will say this. the world is not that big to me anymore, everything is just a flight away.
